    Byzantine Fresco Chapel Museum

    This museum is the only one in the western hemisphere that can boast to contain a 13th-Century Byzantine fresco. The fresco, smuggled out of Cyprus in the 1980s, was retrieved and restored in the United States. Today, the fresco is on long-term loan from Cyprus and is displayed in a special chapel.
